What is Pay-Per-Use?

Pay-Per-Use is a convenient and cost effective way to introduce CAD/CAM to your P&O practice. It is well-suited to facilities with satellite offices that can benefit from a reduced primary investment in software at each site.

The Canfit™ P&O ACCESS Software allows you to install the complete suite of Canfit™ P&O Design programs for a low set-up fee and then pay for the use of these programs only when you are ready to send your carving file to a central fabrication facility - an economic pay-per-use system.


How does the Pay-Per-Use system work?

Customers pay for a number of carving units at a time. Every time the customer carves a by-measurement or scan file, the total number of purchased carve units are deducted accordingly. The file is then sent to a nearby central fabrication site that already has the machinery in order to carve the design file. Some facilities also have heating ovens and vacuums and may complete the final device for an additional fee. Once the device is complete, it will be shipped to the customer's site and from there it will be delivered directly to the patient.

We set up customers with the Canfit™ P&O Design software download and provide a list of nearby central fabrication sites.

Who should use Pay-Per-Use?

Facilities with multiple satellites, customers with a low-volume client base that would like to reduce the time spent on plaster casting and increase time spent with patients and/or the number of patients seen per day. This product is also suited for customers that would like to try CAD/CAM for the first time -ACCESS acts as a preliminary step towards purchasing the entire Canfit™ CAD/CAM system for P&O. It is designed for customers seeking a low-cost alternative to purchasing the entire Canfit™ CAD/CAM system for P&O.
