Q. Can you import X-rays into the software for scoliosis patients?

A. Yes. The Canfit™ P&O Design software comes with the ability to import photos and digital x-rays.

Q. I have a carver from another manufacturer and would like to use your software and scanner with it, will they be compatible?

A. It depends what files your carver accepts. We have conversion software available for an additional fee that can convert our internal Canfit™ format to other file formats such as STL, AOP, etc.

Q. What about system support and training?

A. Training is with purchase and is usually done in stages. Through experience with our customers, we have found that a phased introduction to the system produces the best training results. Initial training for a complete system installation (scanner, design software, and carver) is approximately one week long. Usually the system installation is completed on the first day, the days to follow focus on the software, scanner and carver - leaving plenty of time for questions.
